BetrixLab operates the shared gaming platform (game engine, wallet, payments and account infrastructure) that powers this site. The brand you registered on (the "Operator") runs its own player base, funds and promotions on top of the platform.
Your account belongs to the Operator brand you registered on. An account on one brand is separate from any account on another brand, with a separate balance and separate history. Credentials must not be shared. One account per person per brand.
All games run on the shared BetrixLab engine with certified random number generation. Round results are recorded centrally and are auditable end to end. Any attempt to exploit defects, automation, or collusion voids winnings and may lead to account closure.
Wallet balances are held per brand in the brand's base currency. Money never converts between currencies inside the platform. Deposits and withdrawals are processed under the Operator's site policy and applicable regulations.
Players can self-exclude at any time from their profile. Persons under 21 years of age are not permitted to play. Gambling should be entertainment - never play with money you cannot afford to lose.
Identity data collected at registration and KYC is encrypted at rest and used only for verification, regulatory reporting, and fraud prevention. See the Privacy Policy.
Game or wallet disputes are first handled by your Operator's support. Unresolved disputes escalate to the BetrixLab platform team, whose round-level audit records are decisive.
